The International Certification of Quality Department (ICQ) is a trusted international organization in the field of quality assurance and accreditation. ICQ offers official international certifications, including ISO quality certifications, ICQ quality certifications, corporate excellence certifications, and professional certifications in various fields.
Since the year 2017, the ICQ Department operates as an independent international certification and assessment body, with the strategic objective of developing a fully accredited certification system in alignment with ISO/IEC 17021 1 requirements.
ICQ Department is a full member of the United Network Group (UNG). UNG consists of several member organizations working in the field of quality, education and training. UNG established the ICQ Department as a specialized entity in quality assurance, accreditation, and certification. 6. Professional Certificates
Assessment-based professional certifications are specialized credentials in various fields awarded after appropriate professional assessments are conducted to demonstrate the applicant's competence. Applications for these certifications are received through an accredited consulting office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This office receives applications, conducts professional assessments in the required fields, verifies applicant eligibility, and then forwards successful applications to the administration for certification issuance. Upon successful completion of the assessment, the applicant receives a certificate accredited by the International Quality Accreditation Authority, bearing a unique verification number.
7. Training Programs Certificates
ICQ offers a range of professional training programs designed to enhance individual skills and strengthen organizational capabilities in quality, assessment, and organizational excellence.

8. Organizational and Professional Membership
Although the International Certification of Quality began operations in 2017, the Department decided at the end of 2025 to open membership applications starting in January 2026. This step was taken to expand the department's services and disseminate a culture of quality and its tools among individuals and organizations, contributing to achieving their goals more quickly and effectively.
This membership grants professional benefits, accreditations, and exclusive development opportunities, along with the possibility of accrediting members' training and educational programs and issuing certificates to trainees and learners. Individuals can apply for professional membership directly within their field of work and professional specialization. Organizations and departments can also grant this membership to their employees as a reward for their competence, dedication, and commitment to quality standards, or to encourage them to adhere to quality levels and standards.
